My name is Moni and I'm here for the long run. Suffer the pain from discipline or suffer the pain from regret. I'm a morning runner and I run for my own fascination and satisfaction. If you want to talk to me, go for it! I'm trying to be as supportive as I can to everyone because it is a journey to ultimate happiness, but it can be quite hard at times!

Why do I run?

In short, I run because I can. I run because for once this is all about me and I have full control over it because I can go as fast and as long as I want to. I want to get better and running is too addictive to stop. I run because of my love/hate relationship with it.

Why do I run in the morning?

Running in the early hours of the day brings a lot of benefits not only for your health, but also for your weight loss journey. Aside of the health reasons we've all heard about, I run in the morning because it's simply the best possible start of my day. In fact, It's wonderful to know that you've already done your workout early and you're free all day long.
